William Joseph Courtney
William Joseph Courtney, age 62, of Buckhannon, WV died Monday, October 20, 2008 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon. He was born August 3, 1946 in Buckhannon, a son of Lewanna Jean Courtney of Baltimore, MD. Also surviving are one step brother, Richard Michael Lowe of Baltimore; an uncle, John Richard Courtney of Buckhannon; an aunt, Pat Anderson and husband Ted of Joppa, MD and several cousins. Mr. Courtney was a Tele Marketer for Tele-Response Center, Inc. He was a member of the Towne Baptist Church in Joppa, MD. Friends will be received Wednesday, October 22, 2008 from 7-9 PM and Thursday from 10-11 AM the funeral hour at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home with Pastor Kenneth Anderson officiating.
